B) CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED BY CONTESTANTS .png)
Released by:
1) Aspirants must be registered paid-up members for five years i.e. (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021).
2) Aspirants for the position of Chairman must be registered Librarian with a minimum qualification of a Master’s degree in LIS
3) Aspirants for other positions must be registered Librarian with a minimum qualification of diploma in LIS
4) Must be an active member of the Nigeria Library Association and
5) A member can only nominate a contestant for a position.
C) CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED BY ELIGIBLE VOTERS
1) A voter must be an NLA Oyo State chapter registered member.
2) Must be a paid-up member for (2019, 2020, and 2021)
3) Names must appear highlighted as PAID-UP MEMBERS list provided by NLA Oyo State Treasurer
